Mix harvest 2016 and 2015 reserve wine
Dosage: 4g/l
Tasting Notes
This champagne displays a lot of creamy and fruity smells and flavours - we found apples, apricots and some orange. There’s also a distinct minerally flavour from the Vrigny soils. See if you can find some of that.
Pairing Suggestion
Extra Brut champagne has less sugar and will stand up well with many dishes, so we recommend experimenting to find your favourite.
