WHAT IS CHAMPAGNE COLLECTIVE? 
Champagne Collective is a boutique champagne subscription, giving you access  unique champagnes without the hassle of having to go to the local supermarket, or having an awkward moment in your local wine shop, not being sure what you are picking up.

All the bottles are all handpicked by us and come from small family growers across the Champagne region in France. We will choose a variety of styles for you to try every month and share paring inspiration, history behind the champagne and general champagne knowledge along the way. 

 

WHAT KIND OF CHAMPAGNE CAN I EXPECT?

We work with small independent growers across the Champagne region in France. So you can expect to receive 2 different bottles of champagne grown by a small family vineyard. Every month we introduce a new grower and pick 2 great bottles from their selection. Champagne comes in different blends varieties, we make sure you get to try a selection of styles.

 

IS IT DIFFERENT CHAMPAGNE EACH TIME? 

Yes every box you will receive two champagnes, they will be from the same grower but will be different types, for example a Brut Tradition and a Blanc de Blancs champagne

Each month we introduce a new grower, so you get to keep trying new champagnes and varieties.

 

WHAT IF I DON'T KNOW MUCH ABOUT CHAMPAGNE?

That’s great because we have lots to tell you.

As well as the bottles, each box will contain information leaflets. These contain information on the grower and vineyard as well as profiles on the champagne, tasting notes and pairing suggestions. 

We don’t deal in jargon, reams of information or wild tasting notes. You’ll get enough to see the differences between the champagnes you taste, identify what you do and don’t like and how to pair up champagne to food.

WHAT IF I WANT TO BUY MORE OF A CHAMPAGNE FROM A PREVIOUS BOX?

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY FIRST BOX?
When you first place your order, you'll be charged immediately and we aim to ship your first box within 2 working days.

After that, recurring charges happen on 3rd of each month (or every other month if you have a bi-monthly subscription). Any changes to you order or schedule need to be done before 28th of each month.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
Right now we only ship within the UK.

HOW MUCH DO I PAY FOR SHIPPING ?
For subscriptions, the shipping is included but for individual bottles a flat rate of £7 will apply.

 

CAN I HAVE MY SUBSCRIPTION DELIVERED SOMEWHERE ELSE TEMPORARILY?
With enough notice, we can arrange a one-off alternative delivery address. Please reach out to us on
 cheers@champagne-collective.com at least 2 weeks before your next box ships.
 

CAN I PAUSE MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Yes at any point in time can skip a month or two, this can be done under manage subscriptions your account settings.

To find your account settings navigate to your account on by clicking the icon in the top right of our website. You'll be asked to login to your account - don't worry if you don't have an account yet, there is an option below the login to get your account set up. Just click 'Create Account' and follow the onscreen instructions.

 

HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Did you know you can also skip a months box? See the above question to find out how.

If you'd still like to cancel - we'll be really sorry to see you go but you can find this option under manage subscriptions your account settings.

Important to note:
The cutoff date for cancellations is the 28th of each month. If you want to cancel your next months subscription you must do so before the 28th.
